Type the names you’d like to include on the signature portion of the wood medallion in the personalization box. Include a comma between each name. We can fit up to four names, but feel free to send us a convo if you have more, and we can set up a custom design for you.

We ship with USPS and have First Class, Priority, and Express Mail options available. Please note that the only shipping method that comes with an exact guaranteed delivery date is Express Mail. Both Priority and First Class mail are estimates only and can vary.
